Oh no! I’ve made a mistake with my order, can I change it?

Mistakes happen and we’ll try our best to amend your order, however, on occasions we aren’t able to make any changes. This is usually because the item you’ve ordered has already gone into production.

If it’s been more than thirty minutes since you ordered your gift, (or after the next day delivery cut off) we are unable to make any changes.

Please contact us with your order number ASAP and we will try your best to amend any mistakes. 

How long does delivery take?

All our items are made by per order, Our turnaround time is 7 to 10 days in some cases you may get it sooner. if you require your package earlier please contact us before placing your order. 

Do i recieve an invoice for my order

Once you have completed checkout you will receive a confirmation email confirming payment and your allocated reference number to track your package. 

I forgot to order one of the products I wanted! Can I add it to my order?

Unfortunately, we can’t add products to your order once it’s been confirmed, so you’ll need to create another order.

I’ve decided to cancel my order, what should I do?

Please phone us rather than sending an email, as your order may have already been produced before we get round to your email.

Unfortunately, once an order has been received by our production team we can’t cancel it.

I have a discount code but I forgot to apply it!

Don’t worry, you should still be able to claim the discount. As long as your discount code is still valid, we’ll happily refund the difference.

Please get in touch and we’ll see whether your discount code is still valid.

Where do I enter my discount code?

Once you have added your items in the basket, before you proceed to checkout it will be under the ‘Coupon Code’ section. 

I’ve placed an order but I haven’t had a confirmation email

This often happens if you have not put in a correct email address. If you would like confirmation of your order direct message us and a member of our team will double check and confirm your order.

How do I care for / wash my garments?

We generally recommend these guidelines for garment care:

  • Wash on low heat 30 degree, cool wash
  • Wash garment turned inside out
  • Avoid washing t-shirts with items that have zips
  • Avoid drying in long periods of direct sunlight
  • Do not add bleach to the wash
  • Do not tumble dry after washing
  • Hang dry
  • Do not iron print
How do I make payment?

We accept payments via PayPal and Bank transfer only. 

What if I can’t find what I need or have custom requirements?

Who will be delivering my parcel?

Most of our products are delivered by Royal Mail

Do i need to create an account to shop at your online store?

No, you do not need to create an account to shop with us. You can make a purchase using our Guest Checkout.

However, by creating an online account you can:

An i item is a diffrent price online and in store?

We aim to have the same prices online as in store. However, from time to time, there may be online only offers that are not available in store and vice versa.
